Our silverside of beef is aged for 21 days before being lightly salted and marinated in a traditional blend of spices. Our own family recipe gives it a delicious, distinctive flavour that shines on the festive dinner table!

This will last for up to 12 days in your fridge, and is suitable for homefreezing.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer nationwide delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland. 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs €10 or free when you spend more than €100.

Local Pickup:

You can choose to collect your order from our farm store for free. Pickup is available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1pm to 6pm.

Nationwide Delivery Information:

We deliver to all counties in Ireland on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please place your order by 12pm the previous day.

Delivery is serviced by a professional courier service and delivered in temperature controlled boxes within 48 hours. 

Delivery may take up to 48 hours and will be fulfilled by DPD who will be in touch with an estimated delivery time. 

Is there a minimum order spend?

Yes, there is a minimum spend of €40 for delivery and local pickup.
