Oxtail gives a deep, rich flavour when cooked low and slow and is delicious in hearty soups and stews.
It comes from the tail of beef cattle which is then cut into pieces that vary in size. Marrow is at the centre which is surrounded by fat and meat producing an incredible flavour when cooked slowly.
This oxtail comes vacuum packed and will last in your fridge for 8 days. Suitable for home freezing
