Low 'n' slow is the name of the game with our hand cut, oso buco or shin beef on the bone. The name oso buco comes from the Italian "bone with a hole" and includes a marrow bone at the centre. You'll get fall of the bone perfection with these if you cook them slowly. Packed full of flavour they're something different and the ideal comfort food for a rainy day!

We offer nationwide delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs €10 or free when you spend more than €100.
Local Pickup:
You can choose to collect your order from our farm store for free. Pickup is available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 1pm to 6pm.
Nationwide Delivery Information:
We deliver to all counties in Ireland on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please place your order by 12pm the previous day.
Delivery is serviced by a professional courier service and delivered in temperature controlled boxes within 48 hours.
Delivery may take up to 48 hours and will be fulfilled by DPD who will be in touch with an estimated delivery time.
Is there a minimum order spend?
