Farm to Fork

Gilligan's Farm take great pride in being one of the few family-owned farming-and-butcher operations in Ireland.

This unique position allows us to maintain the ultimate control over the quality and consistency of our beef and lamb, ensuring that every product meets our high standards.

The cornerstone of producing exceptional beef and lamb lies in the care we give to our animals.

On our family farm, we cultivate a diverse range of crops and collaborate with a dietitian to ensure that our livestock receives all the essential vitamins and minerals they need.
