All of our beef comes directly from our family farm in Roscommon where we have full control over the entire lifecycle of our meat. Over the last 100 years, we've honed a premium product that has won numerous awards including Great Taste, Blas and European Angus Steak Champions and are proud to supply some of Ireland's top restaurants.
This will last for up to 8 days in your fridge, and while it is suitable for homefreezing, we think it taste's much better fresh.
