Dry Aged French Trimmed Rib Roast

Our french trimmed rib roasts are dry aged on the bone for 28 days. They're then vacuum packed, sealing in the moisture, freshness and flavour of our beef and will last in your fridge for 7 days.

While this is suitable for home freezing we recommend you buy fresh just before you plan to cook!
