A traditional Christmas dish that shines on the festive dinner table! Our spiced beef is made from silverside which is then lightly salted and cured with a blend of spices (all spice, cinnamon, ground cloves etc). It's usually served with cabbage and potatoes but is also lovely with salad or in sandwiches.
Cooking this cut of beef couldn't be easier and leaves an incredible, festive aroma around the kitchen! Simply add it to a pot of cold water and bring to the boil. Then cover and gently simmer for 20 minutes per pound. Remove from the water, slice thinly and serve.
