Dry Aged Spider Steaks x 2
Also known as an oyster steak or the pope's eye, these are taken from inside the hip bone. As there are only 2 per animal, they are extremely rare cuts that pack a punch when it comes to flavour. Hand cut by our craft butchers, they're then dry aged in Achill Island Sea Salt for 28 days and vacuum packed with 2 per bag.
Cook them on a pan the same as you would with any other steak and enjoy the flavour, thanks to their natural marbling. We just have 8 currently in stock so get in early!
