Our beef julienne is cut into long thin strips, similar to julienne vegetables where it gets its name from. This beef is cut from sirloin steaks and is perfect for a stroganoff or in a stir-fry.
The meat comes in a vacuum sealed bag which will stay fresh in your fridge for 8 days and is also ideal for freezing.
